PLEASE NOTE: Cryoglobulin specimens must be drawn Monday - Thursday and before 1700 on Friday. They cannot be drawn after 1700 on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday.

It is critical that the specimen be maintained at body temp (37°C). Immediately deliver to the laboratory while keeping the specimen warm (under armpit) during transportation. Hand deliver the specimen to laboratory staff. If laboratory staff are not available, then place the specimen directly into the 37° incubator.
