Delivery Instructions:


Deliver on ice within one hour of collection.


Testing Schedule:


24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, including holidays.


Analytic Time:


1 hour (upon receipt in laboratory)


Comments:


The Rapid FFN result should also be used in conjunction with 
information from clinical evaluation of the patient and other 
diagnostic procedures, such as cervical examination, cervical 
microbiological culture, assessment of uterine activity and evaluation 
of other risk factors.
