Therapeutic Range:
An exact therapeutic range has not been established.  A minimum 
concentration of 2.0 mcg/ml is desirable for efficacy.  A majority of 
patients at suggested doses fall within a 2.0 - 10.0 mcg/ml range.

No critical value has been determined.
