Minimum:
Adult preferred minimum:     2 mL serum or plasma
Adult absolute minimum:      1.5 mL serum or plasma
Pediatric absolute minimum:  1.5 mL serum or plasma
Rejection Criteria:
Avoid use of separator tubes and gels.
Delivery Instructions:
Submit specimen to laboratory as soon as possible after collection.

Therapeutic Range: Not well established.
Test
Limitations:
No therapeutic range exists for sertraline. Dosing should begin at 50 
mg/d, not to exceed 200 mg/d. Dosing above 200 mg/d is associated with 
increased adverse effects and decreased efficacy. Dosing of 50-200 mg/d 
gives serum values ranging from 30-200 ng/mL.
