Minimum:
THREE 10 mL yellow top (ACD) tubes from patient pre-transplant AND donor pre-transplant.
Delivery Instructions:
Deliver at room temperature.
Testing Schedule:
Test performed daily.
Analytic Time:
Resulted in Epic by 7 working days.
Comments:
Requires samples from BOTH patient and donor pre-transplant. Baseline STR allele identification of donor and recipient. All HLA Testing is ordered through the University of Iowa Epic System.
