Minimum: 2.0 mL whole blood in lavender top (EDTA) tube or 3 blood 
spots on the 'Schleicher and Schuell 903 Paper'

An interpretive report will be provided.

Note: This test can only be performed if a mutation has previously been 
identified in a family member of this individual.
