Collection Medium:
Miscellaneous container; contact laboratory 


Minimum:


Cultured Fibroblasts
1 T-75 or 2 T-25 flasks filled to neck with culture media. Maintain 
sterility and forward promptly.

Skin Biopsy:  Collected (4 mm punch) and submitted to Cytogenetics 
Laboratory for growth of fibroblasts.  Appropriate forms must accompany 
skin punch.
