Adult Minimum:  3.0 mL whole blood in EDTA tube
Pediatric Minimum:  0.5 mL whole blood in EDTA tube


Delivery Instructions:


Deliver to laboratory immediately after collection.


Analytic Time:


1 week


Reference Range:


3.5-13.8 U/L
Partial deficiencies and carriers may occur at the low end of the 
reference range. Suggest maintenance on a biotin supplementation and 
retesting in 1 month.
