Minimum:

Collect TWO full 6 mL plain red top.

tubes.

Adult preferred minimum: 4.0 mL serum or plasma
Adult absolute minimum: 2.5 mL serum or plasma
Pediatric minimum: 1.5 mL serum or plasma
