Reference Range:


IgG class antibodies:  Negative: Less than or equal to 20 SGU
                       Positive: >20 SGU

IgM class antibodies:  Negative: Less than or equal to 20 SMU
                       Positive: >20 SMU

Results are reported out in standard IgG or IgM units (SGU) and (SMU)


Methodology:


Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
