Minimum:

Full draw; 2.7 mL light blue top (mix well). Measured as ristocetin cofactor activity in agglutination of fixed washed platelets.

Comments:

This test needs a separate tube! It CANNOT be done with any other coagulation tests. Must have Hematology Consult approval from pager 4326.

Methodology:
