Comments:
 
Patients should be scheduled 24 hours in advance if possible.  All
procedures must be approved for scheduling by the Blood Center Staff
Physician.  Call 6-3710 to schedule date and time of procedure after
approval is obtained.  An E-1 UIHC Consultation Form must accompany the 
patient for each procedure.
