Testing Schedule:
24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Analytic Time:
1 hour (upon receipt in laboratory)
Reference Range:
<20 micrograms microalbumin/milligram creatinine.
Comments:
(Creatinine done on sample at no additional charge).

Limitations:
Criterion: Recovery within plus or minus 10% of initial value.
The following compounds do not interfere with the microalbumin assay:
acetone (up to 60 mmol/l), ascorbic acid (up to 1 g/l), creatinine (up
to 5 g/l), glucose (up to 20 g/l), uric acid (up to 700 mg/l), urea (up
to 700 mmol/l), and urobilinogen (up to 338 mg/l).
