Outcomes
Reporting for Block Grant Funded Programs
All
block-grant funded programs in Iowa that serve either adults
with SMI or children with SED are expected to report a standard
set of outcomes on a quarterly basis. The above links
to information and resources on the process of reporting these
outcomes.
Narrative Report Forms
In
addition to outcomes reporting, each block-grant funded program
is required to submit a narrative report describing progress
each quarter. This is submitted directly to DHS (Mary Mohrhauser) and to Brenda Hollingsworth at ICMH, and
can be submitted either by e-mail or regular mail.

clinical programs funded by the block grant are expected to
participate in "interest groups", designed to enhance
the capacity of each of these programs to move towards more
of an evidence-based approach. Information on these
