Dietetic Internship Program


Graduate Courses


During the internship, interns complete 9 hours of graduate coursework.  The courses are housed within the College of Public Health.  

 

 

The following courses are offered:
Clinical Dietetics 1 hr
Nutrition Interventions in Research Lab 3 hrs
Principles of Nutrition Assessment 1 hr
Nutritional Epidemiology 2 hrs
Nutrition Intervention in Clinical Trials Research 2 hrs
