This unique program provides research opportunities in the laboratories of faculty in the Free Radical and Radiation Biology Graduate Program. Research in free radical and radiation biology is quite interdisciplinary. Research ranges from studies of the fundamental chemistry of free radical reactions, to antioxidant enzymes; including their biophysics, biochemistry, biology and molecular biology. In addition, research also includes free radical pathology, epidemiological studies, and how radiation can be used to investigate normal and aberrant cell structure and function. See contact person for program dates, available openings, and application deadline.
