Therapeutic Range: not well established.


Interpretive Data:


The proposed therapeutic range for seizure control is 2-10 ug/mL.  
Concentrations that exceed 25 ug/mL may contribute to adverse effects.  
Pharmacokinetics of gabapentin varies widely among patients, 
particularly those with compromised renal function.
