    1. Open your Powerpoint File
    2. Navigate to a slide that contains an image
    3. Right click on the image and choose Format Picture
    4. Click the Compressbutton
      1. Under Apply to, choose All Pictures in Document
      2. Under Change Resolution, choose Web & Screen
    5. Click OK
    6. Click Apply
    7. Click OK
