The Emergency Medicine Interest Group (EMIG) is an organization of University of Iowa medical students who are interested in pursuing careers in emergency medicine (EM). Our goal is to provide information and resources for Carver College of Medicine students who may share this interest. EMIG works with the EM residency program at Iowa and helps to facilitate learning opportunities for students who want to explore this dynamic specialty. All students are welcome to join and attend meetings and events.
